On the Kstar Country Classics Show this Sunday, our Spotlight segment will feature one of the most beloved entertainers in country music history. A singer/songwriter who’s main influences in his life were his Texas Ranger grandfather, and Gene Autry. An artist who’s music spanned four decades. His very first chart record went to #1. His most famous song  went to the top of both the Country and Pop charts, and was the first country song to win a Grammy. He went nineteen consecutive years having a song to appear on the charts.
